Welcome all! It's a new year, and we are embarking on a quest for health, happiness, you get the idea!
So, let's start off by defining your goals. what do you want to do? Lose weight? gain weight (HA HA)? Exercise? Get off the couch once in awhile? Eat healthier? Eat real food as opposed to that "all junk, all the time" diet you've been on? Just get some motivation for the changes you've alreadymade, or promised yourself you'd make?
