7 pounds...
Ok, I know it's not much, but I've lost 7 lbs! Yeah!!! Just thought I'd share my success. I was getting pretty discouraged because I wasn't seeing "instant" results. But now I'm starting to notice some changes. Good luck everyone!

So from Sparks People, I found this website that has plasticware to carry your lunch to work in that have ice packs in them. They look cool and they usually have everything you need, like the soup cup comes with a spoon and a place to put cheese or crackers. There is a snack carrier that comes with a place to put dip in it.

Weight Watchers...
I know a lot of people are crazy about Weight Watchers (myself included). I've found it to be the easiest diet for me to follow. And it's doctor recommended, produces results, etc. Well, right now they are offering a free online trial offer. I created a free account and was able to figure out how many points I get each day, plus my bonus points. I also found some really cool info, recipes, etc. Once I got all the info I wanted, I just canceled my subscription! Call me a cheater, but I got the info that I needed and I'm ready to go. If you do this though, just make sure that you cancel the subscription before the trial period ends, otherwise they'll charge the fee anyway. Good luck to everyone!

WELCOME!
Welcome all! It's a new year, and we are embarking on a quest for health, happiness, you get the idea!
So, let's start off by defining your goals. what do you want to do? Lose weight? gain weight (HA HA)? Exercise? Get off the couch once in awhile? Eat healthier? Eat real food as opposed to that "all junk, all the time" diet you've been on? Just get some motivation for the changes you've alreadymade, or promised yourself you'd make? Well, you've come to the right place!
